       What is a cheesecake?

The Baked Cheese Cake is a sweet dessert it consists of two or more layer. The main and the thickest layer on the cake consists of a mixture of soft fresh cheese, eggs and sugar and the bottom layer of the cake consists of crushed cookies.

Ingredients:-

For base

  1. Marie Biscuit, 125 grams
  2. Melted Butter, 75 grams

For Mixture

  1. Cream Cheese, 500 grams 
  2. Breakfast Sugar, 100 grams
  3. Eggs, 100 grams
  4. Vanilla Essence, 5 ml
  5. Cornflour, 12 grams
  6. Yoghurt, 125 grams

Method of Cooking:-

  1. Crumb biscuit well and add the melted butter.
  2. Filled the mould with the biscuit mix at the base and bake it.
  3. Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla essence slowly.
  5. Mix the cornflour into it and fold in yoghurt.
  6. Fill up the mould to three fourth with the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake at a temperature of 160°c in a hot water bath.

Remarks:-

  1. Grease your tin with butter.
  2. Blend the Marie biscuit in powdered form.
  3. Cover the bottom part of tin with aluminium foil.
  4. Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes. 
  5. Put the egg one by one.
  6. Mix without lumps.
  7. Pour hot water in a baking tray.
  8. And keep your mixture on it gently. 
  9. Preheat the oven at 160°c for 10 minutes. And bake it for 40 to 45 minutes.
  10. Refrigerate your cake for 8 hours.
