What is a cheesecake?
The Baked Cheese Cake is a sweet dessert it consists of two or more layer. The main and the thickest layer on the cake consists of a mixture of soft fresh cheese, eggs and sugar and the bottom layer of the cake consists of crushed cookies.

Ingredients:-
For base
- Marie Biscuit, 125 grams
- Melted Butter, 75 grams
For Mixture
- Cream Cheese, 500 grams
- Breakfast Sugar, 100 grams
- Eggs, 100 grams
- Vanilla Essence, 5 ml
- Cornflour, 12 grams
- Yoghurt, 125 grams
Method of Cooking:-
- Crumb biscuit well and add the melted butter.
- Filled the mould with the biscuit mix at the base and bake it.
- Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla essence slowly.
- Mix the cornflour into it and fold in yoghurt.
- Fill up the mould to three fourth with the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake at a temperature of 160°c in a hot water bath.
Remarks:-
- Grease your tin with butter.
- Blend the Marie biscuit in powdered form.
- Cover the bottom part of tin with aluminium foil.
- Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.
- Put the egg one by one.
- Mix without lumps.
- Pour hot water in a baking tray.
- And keep your mixture on it gently.
- Preheat the oven at 160°c for 10 minutes. And bake it for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Refrigerate your cake for 8 hours.
