What is Chocolate Truffle Cake?
A chocolate truffle is a type of chocolate confectionery, it is traditionally made with a chocolate ganache in the centre it is coated in chocolate, cocoa powder or toasted nuts.

Ingredients:-
For Chocolate Sponge:-
- Eggs, 500 grams
- Flour, 210 grams
- Cocoa powder, 50 grams
- Sugar, 250 grams
For Truffle:-
- Cooking Cream, 1 kg
- Dark Couverture Chocolate, 1.5 kg
- Sugar syrup, 100 grams
For Chocolate Truffle Cake 🎂 :-
- Chocolate Sponge, 400 grams
- Truffle, 500 grams
- Sugar, 100 grams
- Water, 100 litre
Method Of Cooking:-
Method Of Chocolate Sponge:-
- Whisk the eggs and the sugar together till fluffy.
- Sift flour, Cocoa powder, and fold into the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased moulds and bake at 200°C.
Method Of Truffle:-
- Boil cream and remove from the fire.
- Add chopped chocolate and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Add sugar syrup to add shine to the truffle.
- Use it for topping for cakes and pastries.
Method Of Chocolate Truffle Cake:-
- Cut the sponge into three. Boil sugar and water to make syrup.
- Layer the sponges with sugar syrup and softened truffle.
- Chill the pastry in the freezer for 30 minutes and finish with melted truffle.
- Decorate as per your wish and serve as required.
Remarks:-
- Grease the tin with oil or butter.
- Don't drop the eggshell in the mi
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
- Whisk properly.
- Refrigerate the cake for 2 - 3 hours.
