Ingredients:-
- Milk, 25 ml
- Breakfast Sugar, 50 grams
- Yeast, 20 grams
- Flour, 500 grams
- Melted Butter, 250 grams
- Egg, 200 grams
- Salt, 10 grams
Method Of Cooking:-
- Sieve the flour and add salt and sugar.
- Dissolve yeast in milk.
- Make a small well in the flour and add the yeast.
- Add water and eggs and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter and knead again till the dough is smooth. Give the initial proof, knockback and rest.
- Keep the dough in the freezer for at least 1 hours. Then shape into balls of 50 grams each.
- Proof and apply egg wash and put almond flakes and bake at 200°C.
Remarks:-
- First, activate the yeast mix the water in the yeast and stir it.
- Proof your dough for 1 hour and cover it with a wet muslin cloth.
- After when you shape the brioche put in the mould and again let them rest for 90 minutes and cover it with a tea towel.
- Egg wash your brioche.
- Preheat your oven 200°C for 30 minutes.
