What are Hard Rolls?
The Hard Roll is also known as Kaiser Roll or Vienna Roll. It is a typically crusty round bread roll originally from Austria. It is made up of flour, yeast, salt, bread improver and water. The crisp Hard Roll is a traditional Austrian food officially approved by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture.

Ingredients:-
Method Of Cooking:-
- Weigh all the ingredients one by one.
- Sieve flour, bread improver and salt.
- Knead all ingredients into the dough until windscreen test.
- Make a dough. Rest the dough. Give initial proof, knockback and rest.
- Scale the dough in equal quantities.
- Shape hard rolls and keep for proving.
- Bake at 230°c with steam.
- Lower the heat after 10 minutes and bake at 200°c for 15-20 minutes.
Remarks:-
- Use warm water.
- cover the mixture for an hour. Until the bubbles appear.
- Knead until smooth, form a ball.
- Coat the dough with oil.
- Divide each ball in 60 to 70 grams.
- And give some shapes on the top of the balls.
